How a call is billed
- Every counsellor sets a per-minute rate in coins. You see it before you tap Call.
- Billing starts only once both of you are connected, and runs per started minute.
- A live meter shows minutes and coins spent. We nudge you before your balance runs low.
- The call ends automatically when your balance no longer covers the next minute, so you can never overspend.
- Top up from inside the call without hanging up.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, all processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Do coins expire?
No. Coins stay in your wallet until you use them or delete your account.
Can I get a refund?
Coins already spent on call minutes, messages or gifts are not refundable. If a payment failed or coins were not credited, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund the payment. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Is there a subscription?
No. Yaara is strictly prepaid and per minute. There is nothing to cancel.
